Antonella, We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach.  Your Condo - was wonderful, very clean and the perfect location. The 3rd floor - has the best view.  The complex was clean inside and out, the back was very pretty. Everyone we met was so pleasant.  Thank you for the wonderful place you provided for us. With any luck at all we will come back to visit.  We will recommend you to all our friends and family.   Thank you again! My husband and I stayed at this condo in May 2009. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. Anotnella was very easy to work with and she answered all our questions prior to our arrival and represented the property very well. I would (and have) recommended this condo to my friends and family.  Kathy

Thank you so much. The room was so nice and clean and the pool was probably the cleanest pool I have seen since staying in myrtle beach. We had the most relaxing vacation staying at the Ocean Villas than we ever have before. We cooked out by the pool and also enjoyed walking to get to the beach now that are kids are getting older. 

I have to admit that I was a little nervous finding the room on Craigs-list because I had never done that before. It was the dates we needed and the price can’t get much better.  I found your listing right away and it made my vacation search sooo easy. You were also very helpful each time my husband called.

Thank you and we have been telling everyone about the room and how much fun we had. We did in fact receive the deposit check for $50.00 dollars.

Hi, we had a great time in MB, loved the condo really loved how close to the water we were. Loved having everything right there!  We left behind some things we wouldn't be needing here in OH.  We left them in the C2 outside closet, two nicer boogie boards and a cheap one and also a small beach chair, hope someone else or yourselves can enjoy them as much as we did on our visit.  We hope to be able to come again next year, but who knows.  My husband was telling people about your place, and that they should rent from you on any future visits to the MB area.

Hi Antonella, We had a wonderful time.  Each place was great - they each had their own great qualities.  We would love to stay again ... maybe next year!!!! I received the check on Friday ... thanks for the promptness!  Again, I appreciate your willingness to accomodate us!  It was a great week for us! I will put the contracts in the mail along with a copy of my license. If I have forgotten something else please let me know!

Antonella, I am very late in sending this but I wanted to let you know that the Sunshine Villa condo was absolutely perfect during the week of May 13th.  It was extremely quiet (considering it was Bike Week) and we found the location to be central to wherever we wanted to go.  Very happy!  As a matter of fact, I would be very willing to rent this condo again next year during Bike Week if it is available.

We vacationed the week of August 22, 2009!! Antonella was wonderful, easy to communicated with, e-mails answered very fast, and while there we had a question, phoned her, she picked up on 2nd ring, problem solved ASAP! Actually there was no problem we just had an internet question. But let me tell you, THAT IS SERVICE! We try to vacation in MB every chance we get, this was by far the best rental we have had, before we had to supply our own bedding and towels, and really that is a pain, trying to haul that along. Antonella supplies all of that, I was so pleased!! We were right on the beach, literally, you are closer than the picture looks! Pool not crowded, large, clean, most the time we were alone. Anything you would need, she has in the condo!! She also has a beach closet outside, that contains beach items! We left behind some things that can't be used at home, now others can enjoy. That was just a small token of our gratitude for the best vac. ever!! Grocery store only few blocks away, restaurants, also, Make sure you check out the local TV stations, they have great info. We ate at Mr. Fish and The Fish House, these two places should not be missed, you will not be disappointed. We truly had the best vacation ever, my husband was telling everyone we met to make sure they rent from Antonella on there next trip. We couldn't hear anyone in other condos, we felt as if we were at home, that is how comfortable her condo is!! I promise you, she is the right price, the PERFECT LOCATION. If you love the beach, like we do, this is the spot for you. No need to pack alot, just a few clothes, she has W&D, full size, right there. Major shopping and golf just minutes away. The cutest lifeguard I have ever seen was on the beach everyday of our trip, he was a pleasure to look at. He was really on the ball as well, he constantly walked the beach, looking out for everyone's safety. If we are fortunate to go on a vacation next year, this will certainly be where we stay. I just cannot say enough good things about our stay! Give Antonella a try, I promise, you cannot go wrong,. renting from her. You can also have a great vacation, and if you are like us, a much needed great vacation. Full of no worries, just relaxation and fun!!!
