To Confirm Your Reservation
A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you upon booking a reservation. The contract contains a description of the rental property, a statement of all charges, and the Terms and Conditions of your rental. To Confirm a reservation email me to hold your unit and sign & return Rental Agreement along with a copy of your driver's license and a $100.00 deposit. Must be received within 7 days of receiving your agreement. Failure to return the signed Rental Agreement and deposit in a timely manner will automatically cancel your reservation. Full Payment is due 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to pay your balance due by the scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of your Reservation Deposit. Check-in Information Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. A key box lock is placed on unit door. Request your lock box combination by email 1 week prior to check in. | Accepted Methods of Payment
All payments are to be made by personal check, bank check or money order. All payments must be in US Dollars. A $25 Service Charge will be added to all returned checks. Security Deposit A $100.00 Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit will be refunded by mail within 10 days of departure, minus any costs for damage, inventory loss, excessive cleaning, key replacement, and/or breach of the Rental Agreement To Cancel or Change Your Reservation All Cancellations or Date Changes made to a Confirmed Reservation will incur a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. No refunds will be made for Cancellations or Date Changes made 45 days or less prior to the original arrival date. |
Property Regulations
All units are non-smoking.
Minimum age restriction:
21 for Long Bay Dunes Units
25 for Oceanview Boutique Condo
Pets NOT permitted.
Watercrafts, buses, or motor homes are not permitted
Long Bay Dunes allows motorcycles and trailers.
Long Bay Dunes Parking: 2 Parking Passes per unit. Towing is enforced if they are not displayed on your vehicle. Guests must park in assigned parking spot-additional car or guest may park on side of building ( upon availability )
Boutique Condo Parking: Plenty of free parking on private parking lot
Guests are liable for damages to the unit or grounds incurred during their stay, including furnishings & household items.
No refund will be given for failure of items in unit. Upon notification, every attempt will be made to make repairs in a timely fashion.
Bed Linen and Bath Towels are provided at no additional cost. Any used linens or towels must be washed and returned to designated area. A $20 fee will be incurred for any unwashed linens or towels.
